Return Policy for Rated Comics

1. Return Period: We offer a 10-day return period from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the comic books must meet the following criteria:
a. Regular Purchases: Comic books purchased from our regular inventory are eligible for return within the 10-day return period.
b. Pre-Orders: We do not accept returns on pre-ordered comic books. Once a pre-order is placed, it is considered final and non-returnable.
c. Exclusives: We do not accept returns on exclusive comic books. These items are often limited in quantity and specially produced, making them non-returnable.

3. Condition of Comics: While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping, we cannot guarantee that the comic books will be in 9.8 condition. Comic book grading is subjective and can vary. We strive to accurately describe the condition of our comics, but we cannot guarantee the specific grade assigned by a third-party grading service.

4. Return Process: If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team within the 10-day return period, providing your order details and reason for the return.
b. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including any necessary documentation or return authorization.
c. Pack the comic books securely in the original packaging or equivalent protective materials to avoid damage during transit.
d. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer support team.
e. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
f. If the return is approved, we will process the refund back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Refund Policy:
a. For eligible returns, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges.
b. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
c. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that any comic books received in a damaged or altered condition due to improper handling or negligence on the part of the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
